              From the moment you decide to start or extend your property portfolio our holistic approach helps.  We specialise in New build purchases , Often negotiating extras like flooring and appliances but also have a good relationship with local Estate Agents.   Many homebuilders inform us of special offers for quick purchase deals prior to advertising in the press.  We can also search and preview older properties and provide a shortlist for your perusal to save time.

If your purchase is a New Build, we manage everything by liaising with the sales staff to select kitchens, bathrooms, tiles and flooring.   Alll snagging is managed by us.  When your sale is completed we go on to furnish, if that is your preference. Your agreed budget means we can pre order the best furniture package available with no delays.

To complete the process we ensure all certificates are in place as soon as access is available.  A suitable tenant is often found for a property (using the criteria you have set us) iin advance of release by builder or Estate Agent.   The ongoing Tenancy and property management is provided by us if you are happy with our service.
